Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and development of our core product. We are looking for a versatile, proactive engineer who can handle both backend and frontend tasks and can bring innovative ideas to the table. You will work closely with our product and AI teams, contributing to everything from system architecture to code design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
- Lead and contribute to the full stack (front-end and back-end) of our product, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into the product
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
- Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- Stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and frameworks to guide product evolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in software development, with a strong command of Python, Go, React, and TypeScript, As long as you can write good code in any of the language and frameworks it will work for us.
- Demonstrable experience building and scaling applications at startups or similar environments
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend principles, RESTful APIs, and databases
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a passion for building high-impact products
- Bonus: Prior experience in using or implementing AI features in products
